Arshes ("the App") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights.

The App uses the device camera to apply visual effects to the camera feed in real time. Camera images are processed entirely on your device and are never stored or transmitted, except when you explicitly capture a photo or video, which is saved only to your device.
On devices with a TrueDepth camera, the App uses the TrueDepth camera as the front-facing camera, solely to capture camera images and depth maps for rendering depth-based visual effects. Depth data is processed on-device in real time only and is never stored, transmitted, or shared.
The App does not collect, store, use, or share any face data. No facial recognition, face geometry, facial mapping, or faceprint data is ever generated, collected, retained, or shared with any third party.
We do not use collected information for advertising purposes.

The developer implements appropriate security measures, including encryption of communications and access controls, to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of collected personal information.
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
The developer may modify this Policy. In such cases, users will be notified in advance through the App or other appropriate means. Continued use of the App after notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

本アプリは、カメラ映像にリアルタイムで視覚エフェクトを適用するためにデバイスのカメラを使用します。カメラ映像はすべてデバイス上で処理され、ユーザーが明示的に写真・動画を撮影した場合（デバイス上にのみ保存されます）を除き、保存・送信されることはありません。
TrueDepthカメラ搭載デバイスでは、TrueDepthカメラをフロントカメラとして使用し、深度ベースの視覚エフェクトを描画するためのカメラ映像および深度マップ（depth map）の取得のみを行います。深度データはデバイス上でリアルタイムに処理されるのみで、保存・送信・共有されることは一切ありません。
本アプリは、顔データを一切収集・保存・利用・共有しません。顔認識、顔の形状（face geometry）、フェイスマッピング、フェイスプリント等のデータが生成・収集・保持されること、または第三者と共有されることはありません。
収集した情報を広告目的で使用することはありません。

開発者は、収集した個人情報の漏洩、滅失またはき損の防止のため、通信の暗号化やアクセス制御等の適切な安全管理措置を講じています。
本アプリは13歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。
開発者は本ポリシーを変更することがあります。変更する場合は、アプリ内またはその他適切な方法で事前に通知します。通知後も本アプリの利用を継続した場合、変更後のポリシーに同意したものとみなします。
